Chris Duff is a leader in the real estate industry. As Vice President and Co-Owner of BEACH REAL ESTATE GROUP, his focus areas are extraordinary client level services, efficient operations and agent productivity.
As a Broker extraordinaire, he has operated a successful franchise in South Texas – he joined forces in California to launch BEACH REAL ESTATE GROUP in Manhattan Beach. He is owner/operator of BEACH REAL ESTATE GROUP in Corpus Christi, Texas.
Chris has over 15 years of experience and a passion for professionalism. He firmly believes in continuous education and staying in tune with the current industry practice. He holds the following designations and certifications: Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), At Home With Diversity (AHWD), Commitment to Excellence (C2EX), Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI), e-PRO Certified, Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Certified Residential Broker (CRB), Pricing Strategies Advisor (PSA), and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES).
Chris is a 2017 Graduate of The Leadership Academy at the National Association of REALTORS®. He was inducted to the National Association of REALTORS (NAR), RPAC Hall of Fame in 2016 and 2019. He has graduated Leadership Corpus Christi and served as President of Corpus Christi Association of REALTORS in 2017.
