Tamara Suminski is passionate about real estate – she is an industry expert and international industry trainer and a sought-after speaker. Tamara is Co-Owner and Broker of BEACH REAL ESTATE GROUP. Committed to her clients as a strong advocate with vast knowledge and connections, she is extremely enthusiastic about the progression of the real estate industry and has been an early adopter of technology in real estate.  While delivering superior representation to her clients in the South Bay and Los Angeles area, she is active in the community and the real estate industry. Tamara is a third generation REALTOR® and prior to joining real estate, she was a successful hotelier – perfecting the art of delivering exceptional customer service. Since 2004, Tamara has been dedicated to improving the real estate experience through continuous innovation and the highest standards of service.

As an International Speaker and Trainer, Tamara has developed and shared courses and keynote sessions to fellow REALTORS® on Negotiation, REALTOR Safety, Fair Housing, Relationship Selling, and Political Advocacy just to name a few. Tamara was Emcee and Speaker at the WomanUP conference and Broker Conference at the California Association of REALTORS®.Tamara was chosen to facilitate the National Association of REALTORS® REThink program to thousands of REALTORS® throughout the country, helping launch the program at NAR’s Leadership Summit in Chicago. 

Tamara earned her Master’s of Business Administration from Pepperdine University Graziadio School of Business with a concentration in Leadership and Managing Organizational Change.  She firmly believes in continuous education and she holds the following designations and certifications: ABR, AHWD, C2EX, CRB, CRS, GRI, ePRO, SRS, SRES, PSA, RENE, CDPE, ASP and QSC. As co-owner of Innovate Success Strategies, Tamara instructs many of the national designation and certification courses offered by the National Association of REALTORS®

Tamara was 2014 President of South Bay Association of REALTORS®, where she earned 2010 REALTOR® of the Year for her professionalism and commitment to the real estate industry. Tamara is among an elite group of real estate professionals who graduated from the Leadership Academy at the National Association of REALTORS®.
